Agreement against spam

The use of electronic messaging with SMSco system is the mutually agreed process between signatories and customers (SMS receiver). We are against of spreading undesired messages. We respect others personal rights and recognize that spam can be a reason of a serious trouble.

Anti-spam policy

Our system gives opportunity to our clients to send e-mail or telephone notification to their subscribers, to the current or prospective customers who have given their consent, their email addresses and cell phone numbers to be used in this kind of communication. According to the conditions of using our service, we do not allow our clients to use our services for sending unwanted / not required e-mails or messages. By definition, e-mail or a message is considered as spam if it is the kind of advertising, together with the following:
•    Recipient's personal character and private context irrelevant, because the message is equally applicable to many other potential recipients.
•    The recipient has not given an open, proven, clear permission about message sending.
•    If spreading and receiving brings distinguished benefit to the sender according to the receiver.

Foreseen the above mentioned:

•    We do not send spam.
•    We consciously / intentionally do not produce business with a company or a person who spreads spam.
•    We do not sell or trade personal information obtained from future or existing customers.

We do not support sending the postal and telephone messages, which:
•    Is carried out from the protected computer.
•    Sending information via protected computer or using protected computer to transfer postal or telephone messages without authorization.
•    Title contains false or incorrect information.
•    Information about domain name is false or incorrect.
•    Contains false, inaccurate or misleading information in the subject line or in the message text.
•    It is sent with the name of a domain or through mailing address, which is designed to obscure the identity of the sender.
•    On the other hand it leaves the real source and origin of mailing or phone call obscure.

We are referring to spam problem very seriously and we want to eliminate any occasion of using our services in an inappropriate or offensive way.
